B. C. PE division in Taiwan has emphasized the cultivation of human resources for community sports, of which the range of the human resources are broad, including PE teachers, students of sports department of universities and colleges, the coaches or the fitness instructors as well as the volunteers for fitness instructions. D. Funding is the core point to decide whether the policies or the plans can work out efficiently; however, government remains the source of the funding and enables a regular finance providing each year. E. The increasing amounts of athletic grounds and facilities each year has brought out a fact that in order to activate the community sports in Taiwan, well-equipped grounds and facilities are necessarily required. Although the private athletic grounds increased, they were still deeply influenced by the public or state-run sport centers. Whether or not the athletic grounds are in sufficient amounts will fundamentally influence the tensity of participation for people in the society. Yung-Wang Hwang 黃永旺 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 138 zh-TW
