This study investigated the coordination and control of continuing three horizontal jumps’ patterns. Method: It can divide into two studies: the students of the Study One were twenty-four senior high school students assigned to excellent group(EG) or general group(GG) according to standing long jump distance. The purpose was to analyze the differences of kinematic parameters between EG and GG, in order to realize the key points of the movement performance. The students of the Study Two were twenty-four senior high school students (standing long jump distance were the same with GG) assigned to jumping target group(JTG) and without jumping target group(WJTG) by S-shape distribution. The jumping Guidance of JTG was set by the distance-percentage of EG(25%:34%:41%), so as to realize if students organized himself because of the difference of the task conditions to guide the efficient movement patterns. In order to obtain and analyize kinematic parameters, the present study used high speed camera (JVC9800,120Hz) and Kwon3D to collect data. The study adapted the t-test (α=.05) and qualitative analysis to compare the difference between two test groups. Results: The results of the study one showed that EG and GG were difference in the distance of the stride , the percentage of the stride, the vertical displacement of the center of gravity, the variation of joint angle in stretch and squat period, the maximun angle of the hip joint during the air phase, the horizontal and vertical velocity of the center of gravity in take off moment, the angular velocity of the arm swing in take off period, the absolute and relative distribution of critical phases, and the maximum angular velocity of timing sequence during jumping(p<.05). And it also showed the difference of the three jumps’ trend. The results of the study two showed that JTG and WJTG were difference in the distance of the stride, the percentage of the stride, the vertical displacement of the center of gravity, the variation of joint angle in stretch period, the maximum angle of the hip joint during the air phase, the horizontal and vertical velocity of the center of gravity in take off moment, the angular velocity of the arm swing in take off period(p<.05), and it also showed the difference of the three jumps’ trend. Besides the percentage of the stride, the vertical displacement of the center of gravity, the variation of joint angle in stretch period, the maximum angle of the hip joint during the air phase, the horizontal and vertical velocity of the center of gravity in take off moment, the angular velocity of the arm swing in take off period of the JTG was similar to EG. Conclusion: it was concluded that the senior high school students of different ability used different schemes of the coordination and control to do continuing three horizontal jumps. With the use of jumping target guidance, there were no significant improvements in the jumping distance. It showed that in addition to movement pattern, there were other critical factors that influenced the performance of continuing three horizontal jumps in senior high school students. Future research must investigate whether the effect of jumping target on continuing three horizontal jumps distance performance is more significant when researchers provide senior high school students opportunities to practice under jumping target condition.
