碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 運動技術研究所 === 97 === The purpose of the study was to explore the progress of an archer. The target in this study is an outstanding archer Kuo,Cheng-Wei. This research was composed by the archer’s retrospection of self-progress and his self-examination. By reviewing the development in trainings and competitions, the archer can narrate the progress as a story script about the experience of Archery trainings and competitions by the narrative methods of qualitative research. In the progress of composing this retrospection, the archer can present the most meaningful and valuable parts of his experience. By self-reviewing the experience, the archer can rearrange the development of his performance in Archery sport.
