Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 休閒產業經營學系碩士班 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the elements and effects of self-awareness on adventure education’s facilitators. This study adopted case study of qualitative research method. Participates in this study were ten facilitators who were good at facilitation skill in adventure education field. The methodology of this qualitative study was by interview. The result of this study was as followed: 1. The effects on adventure education’s facilitators’ self-awareness are classified into three phrases: internal and interpersonal interaction, stay with the nature, individual religion. 2. The elements of adventure education’s facilitators’ self-awareness are: self-concept, values, feeling meaningful, advantage and disadvantage. 3. According to the interviews of participates, most of them have transferred their experiences into their work and life. Key words: adventure education activity, facilitator, self-awareness
