碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 休閒產業經營學系碩士班 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to know the process and effect of disordered adolescents who were treated by adventure-based counseling program. The study adopted a method of case study .Participants in this study were thirteen adolescents who took part in a six-day adventure-based counseling program. All of the observation was written by the researcher in the files and the feedback was done by participants. Finally, the researcher combined the interviews of important people with participants, member diary, “Life Effectiveness Questionnaire”, to analyze the effects of adventure-based counseling program on disordered adolescents. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. Combining the record of observation and member diary, this program has positive effects on their learning in the group, love nature, encourage others, thanksgiving, identification others, a sense of accomplishment, learning transfer. 2. According to the interviews of important people and “Life Effectiveness Questionnaire”, after one month, most of the participants apply their experiences and learning to their lives, such as positive thinking, positive action, influence others.
