Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立台北護理學院 === 護理研究所 === 97 === Due to the rapid development of information technology, many computer systems are installed in various health organizations for clinical medicine application. A lot of research and papers have focused on CPOE (computerized physician order entry) system interface design and functional development. The purpose of this paper was aimed at evaluating acceptance and satisfaction of CPOE system interface by physicians. This survey included interface design, operation functions and effectiveness of usage, interface usability and satisfaction with CPOE. We used questionnaires to collect the data in our study and 225 valid questionnaires were returned with a return rate of 84.5%. After analyzing the data, we discovered that certain demographic groups showed higher acceptance and satisfaction levels, especially residents, those with less pressure using the computer or those with less experience with the CPOE systems. We also found that the level of pressure in using computers and acceptance of usability were the best predictors of user satisfaction. This report summarized and provided with the users’ input and suggestions for interface design, connection functions and addressed the common problems of usage and proposed methods of improvement for the future reference of CPOE development.
