These patients in outlying area are still very inconvenient to get the long-term care. Therefore it have a telecare issues, that we use the Internet and electronic equipment, and build in patients’ home who need long-term care and monitoring for a long time. In early, telecare used electronic medical equipment have to use cable link with the computer, thus reducing mobility, and would cause inconvenience to users. So wireless electronic devices has be come more popular.   The characteristic of ZigBee wireless devices includes low power, and low-cost and other features. This study employs a ZigBee wireless transmission equipment to connect host with RS232 based electronic medical devices, and transmit the user's physiological information.   This study applies Context-Aware knowledge integrated with Asthma Home-Care System to build a "Context-Aware Asthma Home-Care System". This system will automatically collect some data of asthma trigger factors, such as Peak Expiratory Flow, indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity. This system also employs Bayesian network as a prediction model, to predict the recurrence rate of asthma.
