| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北商業技術學院 === 商學研究所 === 97 === Under the shortened product life cycle and the rapid-changed environment, the private enterprises and people had been vigorously innovated reengineering, if the government could not catch up the paces for the innovations of the public service so that the country will be decline from the long term development. Thus, the administrations of government must have the sense of competitions as same as private enterprises. The innovation is not longer as a proper noun for private enterprises. The innovations of government sectors upgrade competitions of the country for people.
After the literature reviewed from the research related innovations or knowledge, we found most of research that had been independently studied for the nature of innovations or the influence of individual enterprise effects such as Capon. Farley, and Hoening, 1990; Chandler and Hanks, 1994; Li and Atuahene-G ma, 2001. Most of the previous research samples were selected from enterprises that would be observed as objects for a case study. There are rarely studied on effect of knowledge for innovations and the government were a object for quantifiable studies. Therefore, unlike other studies only for enterprises, the sample of this thesis was selected the government department as a object and the thesis study on the relationships that knowledge will upgrade the innovated capability.
Through the result of this study to give evidence, the administrations of government want to have the management, system, process, service and so forth of innovated capability that could upgrade the different types of decision-making factors to achieve the goals. “Employee’s cognitive toward the important of Knowledge Management”, “management’s cognitive toward the important of Knowledge Management” and “Levels of information technology in the government department” that will have the positive influence on four innovations. Therefore, this study on the innovated capability of the government could he provided for the management of government department as a important reference.
