Consequently. professional certification has become ever more important to the enterprises and their employees. A review of past literature on the topic of motivation theory of business management has revealed that previous studies primarily focused on the impact ofjob performance instead of the impact of personal job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of motivation needs on affiliation, power and achievement, along with the professional certification cognition in the areas of personal career development and organizational management to personal job satisfaction including enterprise policy. interpersonal relationship, corporate system. job value. etc. This research surveyed staff of 19 domestic banks- A total of 700 questionnaires were sent; among which 494 copies were returned with 374 valid for data analysis. Questionnaire data was analyzed by means of Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Analysis. Confirmatory Factor Analysis, t-test Analysis , One-Way MANOVA Analysis. Pearson Correlate Analysis and Regression Analysis. The findings of this study are listed as follows:

Bank staff members of different personal attributes have partial significant differences in the certification cognition of personal career development. organizational management.and the motivation needs in the areas of affiliation needs. power needs. achievement needs.and the personal job satisfaction in the areas of corporate policy. mterpersonal relationship, corporate system and job value.
2 .Motivation needs has a significant nupact on the certification cognition of personal career development and organizational management.
3. Motivation needs and certification cognition have a significant impact on personal job satisfaction in the areas of corporate policy, interpersonal relationship, corporate system and job value.
4. Certification cognition has partial mediation impact on motivation needs and professional job satisfaction in the areas of corporate policy, interpersonal relationship, corporate system and job value.
The results indicated that the professional certification is an important indicator to bank employees in their career development. It is also a basis for motivation management. improving employee job satisfaction. and enhancing corporate competitiveness.
