As a result of favoring sales numbers in the management strategy, supervisors tend to quantize the employees' work performance and use it as the main reference for performance assessment. Under such circumstances, this study uses organizational justice which affects the employee morale and organizational citizenship behavior as independent variables to explore their correlation with work performance. With method of questionnaires, 228 valid questionnaires were returned with an affective retrieval rate of 71%. Data was analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's Comparison afterwards, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Regression of analysis and Path Analysis to verify the hypothesis of this study and used as the basis for material explanaion. The result of this study finds that organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior have their own significant and positive influence on work performance. Organizational citizenship behavior acts as a mediator between organizational justice and work performance to some extent.
