Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北商業技術學院 === 商學研究所 === 97 === The aim of this study is to discuss how the e-integration with key supplier in the supply chain context could influence focal firm’ business performance, and this direct relationship whether through transaction cost factors or not. According to previous study, we adopt transaction specificity, uncertainly and opportunism as the transaction cost factors to confirm the mediate effect. We use the SEM method to test the model goodness-of-fit and the confirmatory factor analysis. We use the mediate effect test method (Baron and Kenny, 1 986), to confirm the direct or indirect mediate effect in the structural relationship. According t our statistics analysis, we found that the transaction cost factors play a direct mediate role in the relationships between key supplier e-integration and business performance. In this reason, we follow Im and Workman (2004) suggestion, focus in the constructs to explore the structure relationships, bring the new insight with e—integration’s benefit to the focal firm.
