In this study, data collected through the analysis of foreign direct investment in China acts to be explored. The study found that the more resources companies will help China to invest in the act. This study attempts to research from the past few resource-based view (RBV) of the electronics industry to foreign direct investment in China’s behavior. Resource variables in the firms, the use of the resource-base view of this study point of view put forward by the ability to measure the vendor resources, then, such as R & D capability, management ability, marketing ability, the ability of internationalization; R & D capabilities from research and development costs to measure the intensity, the operating capacity by return on equity as measured by the ability of marketing marketing costs account for the ratio of net operating income to measure, the international capacity to export ratio to measure. Samples for this study from 2003 to 2007, a total of five years, the data source form the Taiwan Economic Journal Data Bank (TEJ), and Market Observation Post System (MOPS) listed electronics industry, excluding missing values, a total of 685 T Inc., by the evidence found (1) the operating capacity of the stronger is the conduct of foreign direct investment will be more active (2) the ability of the stronger international foreign direct investment are more positive behavior.
