Today's increasing emphasis on the use of the public service sector the trend of marketing strategy, marketing strategy, how to use the park, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Organization for the park unit should pay attention to the question. In this study, 4P marketing mix for the research base, through the vendor-depth interviews and questionnaire survey methods to understand the needs of manufacturers and to identify problems, specific and feasible operation strategies to improve the vendor into the wishes of the Government and the management unit for reference. The study found that manufacturers of the park into the services provided by the project to outside traffic and transportation planning, investment in the consideration of business, the most satisfied with the road infrastructure, provision of park services, the impact into the wishes of manufacturers. On the Park, operation strategy, positioning the park to the park to play advantage, positioning product characteristics; the appointment of human resources with an international perspective and professional degree-oriented marketing staff to strengthen the incentives and training grants in order to; park marketing to encourage and external marketing activities supplement manufacturers, the use of government agencies and trade organizations, to help deliver the business park; take full advantage of the international aspects of the Internet, expanding the international marketing channels and strengthen the international marketing, to enhance the visibility of the park, the use of the internationalization of the professional division of labor, to strengthen international cooperation opportunities.
