This stitution makes the staff of banks to face the more pressure ,and it influences personal health in physiology and psychology. The study research in the staff of banks who′s behavior of participating in leisure attitude and agriculture. And it is also hopes of providing suggestions for the staff of banks and leisure farmer. Also it raises process of the activity in leisure agriculture, and to have effects on a win-win stitution. The study that research a branch of a bank in the Greater Kaohsiung Pintung Area has 246 samples, and it used the software of statistics in SPSS to analyze datum. The conclusions are: 1.The staff of banks have positive attitude in leisure activity. 2.The staff of banks have positive attitude in leisure activity，but it is negative for them to join the activity of leisure agriculture. 3.The activity of leisure agriculture that staff of banks join often is natural and healty.
