This research will channel into the organic culture method. Also it is expected to display the healthy and safety consumption goods besides maintaining original character of litchi. The experiment period lasted three years from 2006 to 2008, including fertilizer type, fertilizer applying method, and quantity. The survey items are blooming behavior, inorganic element on leaves, nitrogen carbon ratio, fruit quality, and yield. In addition, the analysis of soil physical and chemical property of each treatment area was utilized to explaning for the positive-benefit possibilities of organic culture. The effect of apply fertilizer on flush and panicles, it has positive significant difference (α=0.05) at flush percentage and leaf mature level in growth control period. In the production, there was positive significant difference (α=0.1) at organic fertilizer apply to fruit weight. In the effect of apply fertilizer to leaves’ nutrition, to organic fertilizer supply, there were positive significant difference (α=0.05) between organic fertilizer supply and leaves’ carbon or nitrogen. There was positive significant difference (α=0.05) between organic fertilizer supply and leaves’ phosphorus. However, there was negative significant difference (α=0.05) between organic fertilizer supply and carbon nitrogen ratio. It was not significantly difference while tree supplied liquid fertilizer in leaves. To supplied liquid fertilizer in soil, there was positive significant difference (α=0.1) in leaves’ phosphorus. To combined organic fertilizer and liquid fertilizer supply, there were positive significant difference (α=0.05) in leaves’ phosphorus and calcium and there was positive significant difference (α=0.1) in leaves’ potassium. The effect of apply fertilizer for soil nutrition, there were positive significant difference (α=0.05) between organic fertilizer supply and soil electrical conductivity or effective potassium. In the combined organic fertilizer and liquid fertilizer supply, the effective potassium in soil was positive significant difference (α=0.05) and the effective magnesium in soil was positive significantly difference (α=0.1). The influence of nutrition content in soil and leaves for production, there were significantly positive relation (α=0.05) between fruit weight and leaves’ nitrogen or phosphorus. There was positive relation (α=0.05) between fruit number and leaves’ potassium content. There was significantly positive relation (α=0.01) between yield and leaves’ potassium content. Between soil effective potassium and fruit weight, there was positive relation (α=0.05). The result of leaves in the experiment compared with the proper standard range temporary by Agricultural Research Institute, the potassium content was high than the proper standard range. However, it ws still significantly relation with yield. Therefore, it was need to further research into optimum leaves’ inorganic elements content for that practice organic farming of ‘Yu Her Pau’ litchi in Ping tong area.
