I did aggressively to attend the public affairs. To set up smooth communication channel with the representative of the public and the wise people in order to expand human resources webs. Let the nurse can attend and serve the society deeper and wider. Expect the voice of nurses be heard .
This study initiated from the point of view of protect persons right. To collect papers and laws concerned. Use method of participatant observation, documents collection and action study.
The result of the study showed that the association should unit together, professional care, improve situation, professional image and life long learning. To protect nurse persons right and increase their welfare. Let the nurese’ association show its function and can sustain forever.
