Whether there is a significant correlation among these factors affects this study as well. According to hypotheses of research framework, the result is concluded as follows: 1. The significantly different between the elementary school teachers’ backgrounds and lifestyles is gender, marriage status, function of school and average monthly income ; The most high cognitive average number is female, single, the subject teacher and above 70001 dollar. 2. The significantly different between the elementary school teachers’ backgrounds and their job stress is gender, age, degree of education, marriage status, working years, function of school, average monthly income and average monthly leisure cost; The most highest cognitive average number is male, 22~30 years old, graduated from normal college, marriage and 1st children is 6~20 years old, below 5 years, the teacher with additional administrative work, below 50000 dollar and below 1000 dollar. 3. The significantly different between the elementary school teachers’ backgrounds and their motivation in leisure activities is gender, age and marriage status; the highest cognitive average number is male, 22~30 years old and single. 4. The elementary school teachers who have the most significant correlation number between self-confident orientation of lifestyle and job stress. 5. The elementary school teachers who have the most significant correlation number between adoption of reformation of motivation in leisure activities and job stress. 6. The elementary school teachers who have the most significant correlation number between the need of society and the search of knowledge of motivation in leisure activities and lifestyle.
