In addition, the regulation also join the variables - self-efficacy would like to try to test whether the civil organizations can be slowed down due to the negative consequences of behavior, this study is to investigate acts of civic organizations work pressure and work for the family conflict and emotional exhaustion, not satisfied with the work of the relationship between , To join civic organizations for self-efficacy of the work pressure and family conflict and emotional exhaustion, the effect of the regulation are not satisfied with the work. This study of the questionnaire to test this approach on assumptions, to Pingtung police personnel for the study and take matching questionnaire, a group of valid questionnaires included a self-assessment staff and their significant others on the staff of a total of 406 Group, effective recovery for the group of 188 Group, effective recovery of 46.31 percent. SPSS12.0 through the analysis, major findings are: (1) self-efficacy for organizations of civil conflict between family and work had significant positive effect of regulation. (2) self-efficacy for the acts of citizens and organizations are not satisfied with life among the significant negative effect to the regulation. (3) self-efficacy for organizational citizenship behavior and work pressure between a significant positive effect of regulation.
