Microscope test: objective lens selected , objective lens work distance , objective lens resolution. Employ Zemax simulation of optical software. Simulation number aperture of objective and relationship between light intensity. Employ TracePro simulation of optical software, simulation sample is dielectrophoretic biochip, the impact of light intensity and the ray-tracing.
