Therefore, the cultural industry will play an important role in the future development. How to promote cultural industries becomes a key issue for the development of tourism. With the Surge of Internet and the compute speed increasing, 2-dimentional image no long satisfied by the end user. As the interactive 3D virtual reality (VR) technology becomes mature and the bandwidth expanding, the 3D scenarios VR becomes possible through internet. It can create a profound impression for tourists. Fathomer, it also helps to market and promote the cultural industry. This study attempts to establish a 2D Geographic Information System linking with 3D visual display by 3D VR. This system will provide all general tourist information of local cultural resources including the pictures and narrations. By way of 3D visual fashion, tourists can enjoy the outside fantastic scenes and inside delicate decorations.
