Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 資訊管理系所 === 97 === Due to the full-scale dissemination of electronic commerce (EC), more and more internet users are interested in EC shopping. With the rapid development of information technology (IT), lots of fancy IT applications have been applied in EC platform, such as search engines, recommendation systems, and intelligent agents. Negotiation is one of the most important mechanisms in traditional transaction; however, it is not implemented very well in EC environment. In our research, we applied Negotiation Decision Functions (NDF) to design and implement an automatic negotiation mechanism in a shopping system to propose an innovative EC shopping experience. NDF is designed for bargaining in multiple issues, and there are several major negotiation tactics were proposed in NDF. We combine time-dependent and behavior-dependent tactics in our automatic negotiation, and three strategies are applied, they are Boulware, Conceder, and Linear strategies. In order to evaluate the impacts of different automatic negotiation strategies on users, we have implemented a prototype system and conducted an experiment. We also classify users’ risk taking propensities as risk-averse, risk-neutral, and risk-taker to discuss if different risk attitude would take effects on the acceptance of different automatic negotiation strategy. The research results show that people with different risk attitude have significant difference in acceptance of different automatic negotiation strategy.
