And it also adds coworkers organization citizenship behavior and work centerality to turn into moderates of the effect. This study uses the questionnaire survey procedure and provides the questionnaires to the teachers in 36 junior high schools in Pingtung county.(including the junior high school department of Complete school). The data bases on self-evaluation assessment , and provides total 730 questionnaires . In these questionnaires, takes back 668 questionnaires. The rate of taking back is 86% except the ineffective questionnaires. After using SPSS 12.0 , the conclusions are: (1) It is negative correlation between work- family conflict and organization citizenship behavior. (2) Coworker organization citizenship behavior can moderates the relation of Work stress and organization citizenship behavior. (3) Work centerality can adjust the negative relation between work - family conflict and organization citizenship behavior.
