This research takes the individual case study approach, by targeting individual cases involving the company spare parts procurement inventory process. The PDCA cycle is applied to analysis and enhancement endeavors. This research will deploy FMEA to integrate machinery equipment spare parts inventory and ordering process for assessment of any likely capital risk. Based on the amount of risk, regulating the amount of spare parts inventory would definitely enhance the enterprise with more flexibility in operating capital deployment. Lastly, spare parts inventory datum for individual project company was used to derive the project feasibility study findings.
