| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 97 === Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, FMEA, is a kind of dynamic analysis and a prevention tool in advance, with the operation of the special project group, it is used to explore the key potential failure and the effect of designing and manufacturing. Through the severity degree to the failure and the multiplying of difficulty detection and occurrence degree, we can help the producers to decide the priority of problem solving, and then solve the problem through the improvement of techniques, tools and methods.
The researcher will try to explain by case study if FMEA can effectively pre-warn the violence and devious behavior affecting the safety of campus, and at the same time take improvement measures immediately to reduce the risk.
For teenage students are the future masters in the country, the issue of teenagers' behaviors not only has seriously influenced one's own physical and mental health as well as future development, but also threatened the stability and everlasting development of the society and country. Since the violence problems and behaviors have increased in Taiwan, for the recent years, in order to eliminate juvenile acts of violence, the researcher discussed the related factors of violence and made a discussion of insufficiency of teaching training and counseling. The result shows that if we can use failure mode and effect analysis correctly to analyze the tactics and take the proper improvement measures, it is helpful to prevent violence incidents in campus. It is also helpful social system, and the police system to prevent the violence form occurring.
