Project slack time and maximization robustness are considered as factors in terms of project resources and capital limitation in the proposed model. An optimal satisfactory level is deployed to demonstrate the trade-offs among fuzzy multi-objectives for the use of project managers. The implementation is designed as several aspects to demonstrate the parameter variations of FMONLP and its superior to previous models. The implementation results also demonstrate that the use of FMONLP to solve RRCMPSP could help project managers explain to the theoretical rigor not found in simpler decision models for project management.
