This study investigates optimal economic order quantity (EOQ) and economic production quantity (EPQ) policies in a production-recycling system with learning effect. We propose two models to determine the optimal policy parameters. The total cost functions of the two models are derived, and a simple search procedure is proposed to find the optimal EOQ and EPQ.
