Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 97 === The main propose of this thesis is to establish the optimal inventory strategy under the observation of customers time-interval discussing from observation of a period time to normal products for strategy of the suitable inventory. In practice, what time customers arrive stores that is different, how many quantities customers buy that is also a random variable, however, in this situations, we can use the suitable inventory analysis and mathematical models to support our main issue which decides optimal order quantity and reorder point, but, one of the key points we need to make efforts is the varied goods has its different lead time, it’s all fixed or various, to the most, demands is also contained various variable. Therefore, this paper is focused on handing various demands and lead time that influences of reorder point and optimal order quantity when we consider conditions of each different variable, moreover, this article is used that statistical theory in order to finding out the optimal (Q*,R*) inventory model to minimum the total expected cost. Because the inventory model has multiple decision variables, so we applied computerize numerical analysis method to find the optimal solution, and then, sensitivity analysis is taken for each parameter. Finally, according to this study, we noted nine specific conclusions to be a reference for future studies and practical applications.
