碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 97 === The study is made with the purpose of investigating Job Stress, Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment for Elementary School Teachers.In order to serve the research purpose, the instrument was self-designed.There are 504 teachers sampled in Taiwan, Kaohsiung county. Data were analyzed by the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, including t-test , one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation , multiple stepwise regression, and path analysis.The major results of the study are as follows: 1.The job stress of elementary school teachers is considered as「middle-low」level. The organizational climate of elementary school teachers is considered as「opened」level. The organizational commitment of elementary school teachers is considered as「middle- above」level. 2.There were significant differences in elementary school teachers’ job stress based on age, and years old profession. 3.There were significant differences in elementary school teachers’ organizational climate based on gender. 4.There were significant differences in elementary school teachers’ organizational commitment based on age,marital status, years old profession ,and work tasks. 5.“Job stress” and “organizational commitment” of elementary school teachers have significantly correlation. 6. “Organizational climate” and “organizational commitment” of elementary school teachers have significantly correlation.
