Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 97 === This research is to probe the opinions of present practice teaching system implementation and satisfactory situation in the Pingtung University of Education by conducting a survey with the instructive professors, the intern guidance teachers, the interns and the administers in the intern schools. In addition, it is to understand the differences of the opinions about the practice teaching system of the practice teaching sponsors. According to the findings, some suggestions are proposed futher researchers, the educational administrative institution, and schools. The 312 respondents of the research are selected from the practice teaching sponsors in the Pingtung University of Education in 97 School Year by using lamination random sampling and conducting questionnaire survey. 276 questionnaires were collected and 253 questionnaires were valid. The percentage of effective questionnaire was 81.09%. The investigating data which is from“Elementary school practice teaching system implementation and satisfactory situation questionnaire” was analyzed by statistical methods: average mean, standard, t-test and One-way ANOVA. Based on the analyzed result, it obtains following conclusions: i) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have positive viewpoint about whole and various coverage implementing situation in practice teaching system. ii) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have positive viewpoint in“practice teaching ambition”coverage implementation of the practice teaching system. iii) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have much positive viewpoint in “constitution exercise”coverage implementation of the practice teaching system. iv) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have much positive viewpoint in “practice teaching content”coverage implementation of the practice teaching system. v) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have positive viewpoint in“practice teaching function”coverage implementation of the practice teaching system. vi) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have positive viewpoint in“practice teaching judgement”coverage implementation of the practice teaching system. vii) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have average viewpoint in“teacher competence certification and practice teaching guidance”coverage implementation of the practice teaching system. viii) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have average viewpoint about whole satisfactory situation in practice teaching system. ix) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have positive viewpoint in various coverage satisfactory situation of the practice teaching system, but not much obvious. x) The practice teaching sponsors tend to have negative viewpoint about“ I think the present practice teaching policy design better than it in the past”in the satisfactory situation of the practice teaching system. xi) There still exist some differences between the viewpoint of the present practice teaching policy satisfactory situation by instructive professors, intern guidance teachers, interns and administers of the intern schools.
