Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 97 === Teachers, parents and students now have been given more powers in the campus since educational reforms. In the power ecology of the school organization, there is not one-man show of the principal any more, but many roles compete in the same stage. It is the most important for the leader to accept diverse voices and maintain organizational formal operation. This research tries to analyze the source of the principal’s power, the power ecology of the school organization and the principals’ imagination about the power. According to literature analysis and deep interview, the conclusion is that the rules of new power operation in the campus should follow multiple dialogues, effective management and deep learning. The principal with new power view should be “a new balanced principal”, who would master the principles including: . Control appropriately the obvious power from the position. . Deepen the internal power from the leader himself. Maintain effective management and create values for the organization. . Build the learning organization, deepen personal- learning and organizational learning and set up systems thinking. . Dialogues between inside and outside organizations, and build shared vision.
