Method: Subjects are fourteen healthy university male students. Measured the elbow joint flexors torque of un dominate arms. In the pre-test before vibration stimulation and then the latter was assigned randomly different fore stimulation types that including:high frequency high amplitude(HFLA)(30Hz,50Nm),high frequency low amplitude(HFLA)(30Hz,2.5Nm),low frequency high amplitude(LFHA)(2.5Hz,50Nm),low frequency low amplitude(LFLA)(2.5Hz,2.5Nm) and the control group(non-vibration stimulation). The duration of stimulation time is ten second. The post-test was take after vibration stimulation. The parameter contains the maximal force, rate of force development, and electromyography .The two-way AVOVA repeated measures are used to exam the variance (α=.05). Results: First, four kinds of vibration stimulations after vibration are different(P<.05).Second, Demonstrated by way of the RMS of EMG index after stimulations, four kinds of vibration stimulations do not get the difference levels (P >.05).Third, four kinds of vibration stimulations after vibration, achieves the significant levels on RFD0.5S (P<.05).Conclusion: The result showed that the muscle’s activate do not got the significance level by different vibration stimulation, The are positive effect to the elbow joint flexors’ performance.
