碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 體育學系 === 97 === The Study of Relationship Between Different Types of Coach On Paternalistic Leadership and the Enjoyment of Exercise of Elementary School Soccer Players Abstract The purpose of this study was to look into the relationship between different types of coach on paternalistic leadership and the enjoyment of exercise of elementary school soccer players. The target group was the winner of the first two places of the countrywide soccer tournament year 2008. There were 14 teams, 177 players, both male and female aged twelve, in total. The target group was assigned to the scale on paternalistic leadership. The collected data was analyzed by “One-Way Manova,” “Scheffe’s Method,” “Pearson Correlation,” and “Stepwise Regression.”The results were as follow:1）Different types of coach under paternalistic leadership lead to different behavior of children.2） Player’s enjoyment of sports is positively correlated under benevolence and moral leadership.3）Benevolence leadership could effectively predict 13.6% of enjoyment of exercise for the target group.Lastly, according to the result of this study, soccer coaches may use for reference in training and competitions.
