Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 資訊科學系 === 97 === The improvement of technology has changed how we learn from the original face to face lesson to media lesson. In nearly years, many countries’ government has been trying to popularize e-learning aggressively. Therefore, The Exective Yuan of the Republic of China listed e-learning to be category of internet socialization in the project of national information technology development in 2001. In order to shorten the difference of education between city and suburb and upgrade the national overall competently advantage, National Science Council passed “National Science and Technology Program for e-Learning” to popularize e-learning all over the country. Along the development of Web 2.0 which has changed the concept of traditional website design and promote e-learning 1.0 further to e-learning 2.0. Through sharing and interaction between learner and educator the “BLOG” is the most popular uses among all. It not only lead learner and educator have further interaction and exchange of knowledge but also blur the relationship between educator and learner, therefore, user could be both learner and educator to make learning more efficient also share information with others. In this paper, the educational blog has new service “microblogging” joined. This service could be updated and receive new content through Instant Messenger. Learner could discuss and communicate the issue through the service, they could also ask question whenever they need to. With interaction of e-learning 2.0 and instanced of microblogging, it has made e-learning 2.0 even better. The purpose of this research is based on put microblogging as basic use in lecture and have students exchange information also promoted their will of learning. The result of experiment has also showed the microblogging does improve students on their self-learning.
