Summary: | 碩士 === 國立澎湖科技大學 === 觀光休閒事業管理研究所 === 97 === The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship among leading style, organizational culture and police officers satisfaction, and to construct a casual model of them. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect the empirical data from Penghu county police bureau police officers and a total number of 390 valid samples was obtained. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test , Pearson's Correlation and structure equation modeling. The results of the study indicated that: leading style positively affected organizational culture, initiating structure leading style positively affected police officers satisfaction, consideration leading style positively does not affect police officers satisfaction, organizational culture also positively affected police officers satisfaction, the effect of leading style on police officers satisfaction was mediated by organizational culture. Based on the results, it was interred that the more positive the leading style feeling of police officers was, the greater the expression of organizational culture and police officers satisfaction was. The practical implication was that Penghu police bureau should strength the initiating structure leading style and consideration leading style to make organizational culture excellent and add police officers satisfaction. Finally, suggestions were made for Penghu police bureau and future studies according to the results of the study.
