Gd2O3 samples were analyzed and discussed by the following measurements：
（1） The C-V curves of nine areas on the chips with urine of different pH-value but the same soaking time were analyzed.
（2） The C-V curves of nine areas on the chips with urine of the same pH-value but different soaking time were analyzed.
（3） The I-V curves of nine areas on the chips with urine of different pH-value but the same soaking time were analyzed.
We hope the study can improve the measuring of urine pH-value in the future.
