Two kinds of test parameters are used to compare with the senior citizens that are not engaged in Tai Chi exercise. One is the health-related physical fitness, which include eyes standing on one foot, balance, muscular strength of leg, flexibility, act response and cardiopulmonary. The other is the body healthy mass index which include blood pressure, BMI, fat Accumulation , the level of visceral fat, ratio of skeletal muscle. Those test data are analyzed by the independent sample statistical analysis in one way ANOVA software .The results are as follows: (1) In health-related physical fitness test items, Ttai Chi control group are better than the comparative group. (2) In body health index and blood pressure test items, Tai Chi group in are better than the comparative group. (3) In the cardiopulmonary test, if we devide into male or female group, then the Tai Chi control group is better than the comparative group, otherwise there is no difference between them in the total average number of cardiopulmonary.
