Description
Summary:碩士 === 南開科技大學 === 車輛與機電產業研究所 === 97 === Since the nasal shape traditional bike seat would hurt rider’s hips, the study aimed at experimental approach with pressure plate and Footscan 3D box derived by human factors. The research found out measuring pressure distribution points while a rider seated on the seat, statistically analyzed, and required pressure distribution situation. Followed up with SolidWorks system from auto CAD software, the research got the optimal hip figure, and accordingly designed the most comfortable bike seat. Concerned with human factors, the results offered a better example of conical twin-springs seat shaped as a hand-holder twin-dish would provide a more comfortable riding status. The research suggested materials of the seat would be elastic fiber or steel springs against the hardness on the road. We could expect the rider feel more comfortable as his feet speedily paddling in a long time.
