The relationship between JA and work adjustment was also tested. Data were collected through the self-edited questionnaire and analyzed by using methods of descriptive statistics, Person’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regressions. The main findings were as follows: 1. About 90% respondents engaged in new jobs different from their former ones before their injuries. About 60% respondents had participated in vocational retraining programs. Most of respondents were self-employed (about 50%), and only under 30% respondents were employed. Over half of the respondents worked under 6 hours everyday and the average working hours was 6.37. The average income was NTD. 18,220 per month, while the income of half of the respondents was lower than NTD. 17,280. 2. An average of proportions of job accommodations made was about 60%. The proportion of personnel or job modifications made was the highest; the proportion of environment modifications made was the lowest. 3. Significant correlations between proportions of JA made and work adjustment of workers with SCI were found. The variables of environment modifications and equipment modifications significantly predicted work adjustment, while the variable of personnel or job modifications was not. 王敏行 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
