What this study adopted is survey research. Data was collected from senior students of elementary schools in Kaohsiung. This study project investigated 630 senior students in elementary school and collected 621 valid questionnaires with a response rate of 98.57% and an available rate of 97.62%. The collected data were analyzed by using the statistical methods of t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Multiple Regression. The conclusions of this study are: 1.There are middle to high level about learning strategies of senior students in Elementary School. 2. There are significant difference between five kinds of background variable and Learning Strategies of senior students in elementary school. 3. There are middle to high level about Creativity of senior students in Elementary School. 4. There are significant difference between five kinds of background variable and Learning Strategies of senior students in elementary school. 5. The students in different level learning strategies have the remarkable difference in Creativity. 6.There are positive relationship between learning strategies and creativity among the senior students in elementary school. 7. Learning strategies of senior students in elementary school can predict creativity. In addition, this research intends to offer suggestion respectively on the aspect of practical application and future study.
