What this study adopted is survey research. Data was collected from senior students of elementary schools in Taiwan. This study project investigated 550 senior students in Primary School and collected 522 valid questionnaires with a response rate of 94.9% and an available rate of 94.9%. The collected data were analyzed by using the statistical methods of t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Multiple Regression. The conclusions of this study are: 1.There are middle to high level about Knowledge Management of senior students in Primary School. 2. There are significant difference between seven kinds of background variable and Knowledge Management of senior students in Primary School. 3. There are middle to high level about Learning Strategies of senior students in Primary School. 4. There are significant difference between seven kinds of background variable and Learning Strategies of senior students in Primary School. 5.There are positive relationship between Knowledge Management and Learning Strategies among the senior students in Primary School. 6. Knowledge Management of senior students in Primary School can predict Learning Strategies.
