Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 97 === In this study, in order to own the "A Study of the Relationship among Work values, Job Satisfaction, and Intention to Stay as Position of Mathematics Mentors of Local Educational Bureaus " the questionnaire as a research tool. And in Taiwan and Kinmen, Matsu and Penghu Islands of local educational bureaus conducted questionnaire survey the mathematics mentors 337 of local educational bureaus in the work values and job satisfaction and intention to stay of the relationship between the three. In this study, based on literature review and questionnaire survey results, grouped into the following conclusions: 1.On the whole, the mathematics mentors of local educational bureaus "working values" good ,"job satisfaction" and "intention to stay" high. 2.Males, the primary school, master's degree Ph.D. mathematics mentors of local educational bureaus of in the "work values" and "job satisfaction" and "intention to stay" Significantly higher. 3.Work values and job satisfaction and intention to stay of a significant positive correlation. 4.The mathematics mentors of local educational bureaus in the work value level of role expectations, research development and in job satisfaction level of self-affirmation, working environment to predictable for the overall intention to stay on 55.3% of the variance. Finally, to make recommendations based on conclusions, as executive education, executive head of local educational bureaus, mathematics mentors and follow-up study on the proposed reference.
