There were 135 current graduates with hearing impairment from four special schools as participants in this study. Data was collected by The Quality of Life Inventory, consisting of psychological, community and vocational aspects on quality of life. Following the investigation, the qualitative study was adopted to elaborate quantitative findings by in depth interviews with 6 of 135 participants, their parents and significant others. The major findings of this study were as follows. The results indicated the quality of life on vocational high school graduates with hearing impairment was above the average. It meant that most graduates were satisfied with their lives in terms of psychological aspect, community aspect and vocational aspect. However, it showed that most of them were short of various leisure activities. The analysis of the relation between demographic variables and the qulity of life of graduates revealed that those living in southern area reported higher quality of life than those in northern area. And those owning a job repoted higher quality of life than those unemployed. However, there were no significant impacts of gender, length of graduation, educational level, marriage status, and family socioeconomic status on their quality of life. The significantly moderate correlations were found among the total scores of quality of life, the scores on the scales of psychological, community, vocational life quality and their subscales respectively. Finally, several recommendations based on the study results were proposed to promote the quality of life on vocational high school graduates with hearing impairment.
