1. The undertaking motive in this research is that three participants have simultaneously “the proper attention to both family and the enterprise” and “just has an undertaking opportunity”.
2. These three participants were all not choosing the undertaking “for the sense of achievement” or “want to work as a boss” or “to study”.
3. Participants A and B both have “to choose the undertaking for the ideal, and this is also the special characteristic, the perseverance and the will the feminine pioneer has.
4. The participants B and C both “have rich preschool education working experience”.
5. Running preschool organizations may give dual attention to the family and the enterprise; therefore it is quite suitable for females to work at or start the profession.
6. The most difficult common problem encountered by three female entrepreneurs was lack of capital or insufficient management skill.
7. The low birth rate phenomenon makes the preschool organizations difficult to recruit students and the fate of pausing or closing the business is doomed.

Whether the females can subvert the traditional management of preschool industry, innovation is the key of gaining superiority in the struggle for living and forever running the business.
The most difficult common problem encountered by three female entrepreneurs in the study was recruiting difficulties caused by low birth rate, which influence most for old enterprise. Because of this, they have already lost confidence in operating the enterprise.
Finally, referring to the research goal, the result of the literature discussion and the data analysis proposed the following suggestions, which can provide in the future the entrepreneurs references for nursery management and following research of:
1. Enhance the information availability. It is suggested when the training programs and the undertaking funds are provided, the measures taken should still use the concept of social marketing, which will enable the limited resources to display the biggest operational effectiveness.
2. Construct the woman’s independent role in economy, which will enable the females to have positive hopes with the profession plan, and this is also the right direction worthy of working.
3. To comply with low birth rate, it is suggested that private preschool organizations can become affiliated ones.
4. Strive for the funds subsidy vigorously by the preschool education related associations to the government.
5. The privately established nurtured organizations once played very important role in Taiwan's kindergarten and daycare education, the government must redraw up the kindergartens and daycare policy and let the public and private nurture organizations balance.
6. It is hoped that the government can provide females who faced difficulties step-by-step learning courses and assistance.
