This study used survey questionnaire, which composed of “Estimation form of Leisure Attitude” and “Estimation form of Work Stress,” as its research tool, and used two-step sampling method to select 517 teachers of registered literature/mathematics Tutorial Schools in Kaohsiung County as the subject of this study. Methods used to manage the collected data are: t-test, single factor variation analysis and Pearson differentiation correlation. Main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Leisure Attitude of Tutorial School teachers is positively active. 2. Work Stress of Tutorial School teachers is of middle extent. 3. Leisure Attitude of female Tutorial School teachers is obviously more positively active than it of male colleagues. 4. With aspect to Leisure Attitude, Tutorial school teachers who possessed teaching years of 16 or above are more active than those who possessed teaching years among the range of 6-10. 5. Work Stress of male Tutorial school teachers is higher than it of female ones. 6. Tutorial School teachers with different education levels possessed different levels of Work Stress. 7. Tutorial School teachers with different teaching years possessed different levels of Work Stress. According to the preceding conclusions, this study also provided 3 categories of suggestions to Tutorial School teachers, Tutorial School managers and the government/its relevant bureau, respectively, which are as the following: First: With aspect to Tutorial School teachers 1. To take advantage of spare time to participate Leisure activities more often. 2. To reinforce Leisure education. 3. To learn to face Stress and to engage in Stress management. Second: With aspect to Tutorial School managers 1. To put up Leisure location and to provide Leisure facilities. 2. To periodically hold employees travel and to provide Leisure information. 3. To set up system of job specification and to strengthen communication in order to ease Work stress. Third: With aspect to the government or its relevant bureau: 1. To take advantage of public media to provide abundant Leisure information. 2. Local government should provide Leisure locations and periodically hold Leisure activities.
