Specifically, investigating how the NGO (Non-governmental organization) finds and trains talents to be used for society, nations, and even for all worlds in order to promote progress of cultures, explore true meaning of humanity, and values of life. The study which investigates the training process of Lay Dharma Lecturers in BLIA provides an overall perspective to further explore the results of social education. The participants in the study are Lay Dharma Lecturers in BLIA. Qualitative method is conducted in this research. Except for literature review, the researcher also participated training courses and conferences of Lay Dharma Lecturer in BLIA. After that, interviews are translated to texts, coded, and analyzed to find the results: 1. The originality, objectives, and goals of Lay Dharma Lecturers. 2. The quality, method, evaluation, and certification of Lay Dharma Lecturers. 3. The subjects and contents which Lay Dharma Lecturers teach. 4. The teaching methods and beliefs of Lay Dharma Lecturers. 5. Attainment the goals of social education in Attainment the goals of social education. Lay Dharma Lecturers apply various educations methods, such as morality, life, and classics education, to help learners approach the need of grow-up and reach the goals of education. Besides, it gives learners as the followings: 1. To fulfill the self-learning motives of learners after speech. 2. To fulfill the self-learning goals of learners after speech. 3. To help self-growing and learn wisdom after speech. 4. To have more experience of life and learning after lessons. 5. To have more gains of life management after speech. 6. To promote oneself characters and life training after speech. 7. To promote learners and lectures help to each other.
