Summary:碩士 === 高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 97 === This study aims at understanding the status quo of Kaohsiung senior and vocational high school teacher’s interactive performance of professional communities, innovation of teacher consultation and its teaching effectiveness, and analyzing their relationship. A questionnaire survey was conducted in the study with the title “A study on the Relationship among Kaohsiung Senior and Vocational High School Teacher’s Interactive Performance of Professional Communities, Innovation of Teacher Consultation and its Teaching Effectiveness”. The samples of the study are 2732 teachers serving in senior and vocational high schools in Kaohsiung. Among 605 copies of questionnaire sent to 23 schools, there were 484 valid copies. The data collected from the valid copies were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and step-wise multiple regression analysis. The outcomes of the study were as follow: 1. The evaluation regarding Kaohsiung senior and vocational high school teacher’s interactive performance of professional communities was high, and the performance of “learning team” was the highest in this dimension. 2. The evaluation concerning the innovation of teacher consultation was high, and “class management” showed excellence. 3. The evaluation on senior and vocational high school teacher’s teaching effectiveness was high, and “Teaching Self-efficacy” was the highest. 4. Teachers with college degree showed higher scores concerning “interactive performance of professional communities” and “teaching effectiveness”. 5. Teachers with teaching experience more than five years but less than 30 years are more perceptive concerning “innovation of teacher consultation” and “teaching effectiveness”. 6. Teachers with administrative duties are more perceptive regarding “interactive performance of professional communities”, “innovation of teacher consultation”, and “teaching effectiveness”. 7. Private vocational high schools are more perceptive to “interactive performance of professional communities” , “innovation of teacher consultation”, and “teaching effectiveness”. 8. Overall, private senior high schools are better than public vocational high schools in innovating teacher consultation, class management, and consulting measures. 9. Senior and vocational high school teachers would have better teaching effectiveness if they put more attention on learning team and the innovation of class management. The feedbacks from teaching evaluation help interact overall performance of professional communities and innovate teacher consultation generally. 10.
