Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 97 === The aim of this study is to understand and analyze the relationship between teacher’s professional commitment, teaching innovation and teaching effectiveness in primary schools of Kaohsiung . The method of this study includes the study of historical data, the collection of questionnaire, and the analytical of references. The historical data includes both domestic and international professional commitment, the relative studies of teaching innovation and effectiveness. The object of questionnaire includes 5,592 teachers in 88 primary schools of Kaohsiung . The study tool is the questionnaire of the relationship between teacher’s professional commitment, teaching innovation and teaching effectiveness. We process the data collected from questionnaire with spss12.0 computer software of Chinese edition, the variation counts analysis of single factor, Pierre accumulation to related differences and statistics of multiple graduate returns. We acquire the following conclusions form the study.
1.The consciousness of professional commitment for primary teachers in Kaohsiung is
higher than medium degree. The consciousness of professional approval is the best.
2.The consciousness of teaching effectiveness for primary teachers in Kaohsiung is higher
than medium degree. They work on improvise teaching method actively.
3.The consciousness of teaching effectiveness for primary teachers in Kaohsiung is
medium. The diverse teaching method can best promote the teaching effectiveness.
4.Teachers who teach more than 16 years or teach in bigger schools get higher consciousness in professional commitment.
5.Teachers who teach more than 16 years or teach in bigger schools get higher teaching
innovation.
6.Teachers who age between 31 to 50 or teach more than 5 years get higher consciousness
in teaching effectiveness.
7.Teachers who get higher professional commitment, get higher teaching innovation.
8.Teachers who get higher professional commitment, get higher teaching effectiveness.
9.The more teachers work on teaching innovation, the better they get teaching effectiveness.
10.Primary teachers in Kaohsiung get obvious prediction toward professional commitment,
teaching innovation and teaching effectiveness. Improvise teaching method can best
predict teaching effectiveness.
Based on above research results, we offer several suggestions for education administration. These results can also pave the way for further study.
