Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 97 === Since The Ministry of Education promotes life-education with efforts, and many religious groups organize reading clubs for teachers, it is so convenient for teachers to learn deeper level of life. Therefore the purpose of this study is to investigate the teaching efficiency of teachers who have attended the Lamrim class. The instrument includes the narrative research and documentary analyses. There are 16 participants for deeper interview including 11 teachers and 5 administrative workers. The researcher collected and analyzed the data. The major findings are summarized as followings: 1.The primary teachers hope to change their own life through learning Lamrim. While learning Lamrim with enthusiasm, and high motivation, they applied the wisdom of Buddhism in education. 2.The teachers who have attended the Lamrim class learned Buddhism believes. These insight believes changed the external behavior which have won positive commend from children’s parents and administrative workers. 3.Teachers’ attending Lamrim class impacts the teaching efficiency in the aspects of “systemic curriculum plan” “ effective teaching skills” “friendly interaction between the teachers and students” “positive environments” and “promoting teacher’s self-efficiency”. Lamrim class changes the teachers behavior from the inside of their believes. The teaching work becomes more human-oriented. Based on the findings of this study, some suggestions are provided for the educators in the primary schools, teachers’ learning program and the future researchers.
