Summary:碩士 === 高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 97 === The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the relationship between principals’ transformational leadership, and teachers’ organizational commitment in elementary schools. The study adopted literature review and questionnaires as the research methods. The subjects include 547 teachers in certain public elementary schools in Kaohsiung County. The collected data are analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and product-moment correlation. The conclusions of this study are as following: (1)The general situations of principals’transformational leadership show positive response. (2)The general situations of teachers’ organization commitment show positive response. (3)The scores of Principals’ transformational leadership are higher in those schools where teachers are elder,having more teaching experiences,being managers or the scale are between 25 to 36 classes. (4)Teachers who are elder, having long service period , being managers have higher scores in teachers’ organization commitment. So do those teachers who graduate from teachers college. (5)Principals’ transformation and teachers’ organization commitment show positive correlation.
