The study method applies qualities research. First of all, search all Taiwan’s college of Science and Engineering with science and technology. Second, select 4 colleges’ professors for interviewing. Then based on literature review, design the semi-structured interview questionnaires outline on interviewing these technology professors. Classified these answers coded by inter-observer agreement. The averages of reliability are over 87.5% and double checked by two coders to get the effective validity. Conclusions of the study are following: 1. The subject on English for science and technology, in private schools are more than nationally used, the middle and north area’s subjects are more complex than the south. The private schools set it as prescribed course and the national ones set it as optional course. The evaluation mostly focusing on writing. 2. The subject of English for science and technology are going to improve student’s technology in English usage. The teaching materials, lectures are prepared by the teachers themselves. 3.
